Tai Chi is a health-promoting activity which can improve and maintain fitness, balance, flexibility, energy level, strength and general well-being. It is suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.
For the beginner's classes, the Chinese National Form of Tai Chi will be instructed. Participants are asked to make sixty dollars donation to CHINESE PROJECT HOPE to finance needy kids to go to school.
Our goal is to share and to expand Tai Chi culture with people who have true willingness to learn.
